No, the beauty of this program is that no appointments are necessary. You drop in when it is convenient to you.

How do I maintain my results after I have reached my goal weight?
Your program will focus on a gradual lifestyle change. You won't have to stop living in order to lose your weight. After you have reached your goal, we slowly increase your calorie intake until your reach the caloric level that enables you to maintain your desired weight. With our on-going support through our one year maintenance program, healthy eating will continue being part of your life
Q. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the cellulite on my legs?
We have developed a treatment program that targets weight gain and the thing we hate most cellulite. Cellulite has an orange peel appearance and is tough to get rid of, sometimes needing more than just a change of diet. We use a combination of nutrition and electro-muscle toning treatments as part of our Rapidtone program, effectively targeting cellulite while tightening and toning the muscle. A strong, toned muscle burns surrounding body fat as fuel with the help of proper nutrition. Our five week program offers astounding results with one 40 minute treatment being the equivalent of 9 hours of exercise!

How much can I expect to lose in a week?
You can expect to lose 2-3 pounds a week. This is fast enough to be motivating but slow enough to be safe. This way you won't have to stop "living" just to lose weight.

I feel tired and irritable on this program?
No, because we don't adhere to low calorie diets, your energy will actually increase as you lose weight. We include, as part of our program, a full nutritional assessment by a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner to make sure all your needs are met.
